Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) is where Mélodium began. Its first version came out of a master’s thesis in signal analysis and machine learning, built to run the same audio analysis routines across very different machines, from local computers to two supercomputers with entirely different architectures. That original constraint, designing for hardware you do not control, has shaped the language ever since.

Clever Cloud is a European cloud platform for hosting, deploying, and maintaining applications at a controlled, predictable cost. Cadence.CI, built on Mélodium, is available directly as a Clever Cloud marketplace add-on.

Scaleway is a European cloud provider with data centers powered entirely by renewable energy. It is one of the cloud providers Cadence.CI provisions runners on directly, and Cadence.CI’s own managed clusters run on Scaleway infrastructure in Paris, Amsterdam, and Warsaw.

_icilundi is a community and network based in Nantes, France, bringing together entrepreneurs and innovators. Mathieu Le Gac, part of the Mélodium team, is one of its co-founders.
